This is false, Xenia itself does not work on iOS 16 currently.

FMVs are green and very few run at full speed, but they are skippable. The first menu is also green but that goes away when you hit start. Gameplay looks pretty much exactly as intended, runs anywhere between 15-20 fps depending on the track and number of opponents, dips to 10 if temperatures rise or low power mode is enabled. Recommend performance testing on M series for more data.

Gameplay averages 15 FPS if you keep the phone cool, closer to 20 fps in drag races (due to smaller map and fewer cpu cars)

Start screen and FMVs are covered in green graphical glitches, gameplay appears to work as expected, larger maps and more CPU cars reduce the framerate, resulting in excessive input delay.
